ISO 27001:2022

ISO 27001:2022
The Information Security Management System according to the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standard is a set of requirements enabling the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of information-related policies. It is an internationally recognized standard.
According to its guidelines, information security should always be considered in three aspects:
- Confidentiality – understood as ensuring that information is accessible only to authorized persons or entities.
- Integrity – understood as ensuring that information is complete (contains no exclusions that could affect the proper understanding of the message).
- Availability – understood as ensuring that authorized users have access to information whenever it is necessary to perform their tasks.
PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 helps organizations create appropriate conditions for information protection. "Appropriate" means adequate to the risk of loss, destruction, or unauthorized disclosure of information.
Possessing a certified Information Security Management System provides assurance to contractors that data and information protection is a priority for the company. This standard applies to all organizations where information represents a measurable value or where its protection is required by law. These may include: corporations, banks, public administration units at various levels, healthcare providers, and non-profit organizations.
Benefits of operating in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standard:
- Establishment of security measures for IT data
- Improved control over threats

ISO 14001

ISO 14001
PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 is a standard concerning environmental management. Its structure is aligned with the quality management standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The core of the system is based on a process approach and continuous improvement. In the initial phase, it is necessary to identify environmental aspects and select the significant ones. Based on this, environmental objectives, targets, and programs should be defined.
The implementation of the management system can be carried out by a company representative with the relevant expertise or by a consulting firm. Certification is performed by an independent and impartial certification body. When choosing one, it is advisable to verify if they hold accreditation for the specific sector of your business activity.
A certificate is issued following a successful certification audit. It remains valid for three years, provided that annual surveillance audits are conducted to ensure the continued effectiveness of the management system.
Benefits of maintaining a system compliant with ISO 14001:
- Compliance with current environmental protection regulations.
- Reduction of waste and wastewater emissions, along with lower disposal costs.
- Mitigation of the risk of environmental emergencies.
- Lowering costs related to energy consumption.
- Increasing environmental awareness among employees.
- Heightened awareness of legal requirements.

ISO 45001

ISO 45001
ISO 45001 is the first internationally recognized standard for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management. The standard helps organizations manage processes and risks related to workplace safety and hygiene in a systematic and consistent manner.
The ISO 45001 standard replaces BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and PN-N-18001:2004, which were withdrawn on March 31, 2021. This means that all organizations previously holding valid certificates under those standards were required to upgrade their systems to the new ISO 45001 requirements to maintain certification continuity.
The new standard was developed to increase compatibility with current editions of quality management (ISO 9001:2015) and environmental management (ISO 14001:2015) standards. These standards share a unified structure according to the High Level Structure (HLS). This identical document structure—including chapter numbering and the layout of requirements—significantly facilitates the integration of QMS, EMS, and OH&S systems.
ISO 45001 regulates key health and safety issues, providing a foundation for preventing accidents and occupational diseases. It enables the implementation of effective protective measures that contribute to ensuring safety in the workplace. An ISO 45001 certificate is credible proof that all processes carried out within your organization are oriented toward providing safe working conditions.
Benefits of ISO 45001 Certification:
- Minimizing the occurrence of workplace accidents.
- Reducing insurance costs.
- Minimizing the incidence of occupational diseases.
- Activities focused on ensuring continuous improvement of the OH&S status within the Organization.
- Greater employee awareness regarding occupational safety.
- Compliance with legal requirements concerning occupational health and safety.
- Improving the company's image in the eyes of customers, suppliers, authorities, and investors.
