- Measurement integrity
- Products and services supplied externally
• Requirements of the ISO 17025 standard for the process, including:
- Review of inquiries, offers, and contracts
- Selection, verification, and validation of methods
- Sampling
- Handling of test or calibration objects
- Technical records
- Assessment of measurement uncertainty

Day 2: AUDITING according to ISO 17025 REQUIREMENTS and ISO 19011 GUIDELINES

• Auditing principles according to ISO 19011:2018.
• Types, levels, and scopes of audits, as well as their criteria and objectives.
• Audit program (schedule) management, taking into account the PDCA model. • Audit conduct, including:
- Preparation of audit activities,
- Internal audit plan,
- Interactions with auditees,
- Audit evidence,
- Conducting audit activities,
- Practice sessions on defining compliance and conducting audit tests,
- Developing conclusions and reporting,
- Post-audit activities,
• Auditor competencies.
