• Analysis of audit cases/situations – qualifying and recording consistent objective evidence and audit non-conformities.
• Comprehensive cause-and-effect analysis of management system audit results. • Direction of changes in the ISO 9001 standard - adaptation to new market realities (digitalization, sustainable development, product lifecycle), consideration of climate change, and supply chain resilience.
